Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@arcadians.co to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
